MAIN BUILDING   

THE TRAINING RESTAURANT

                  A 76-Cover Restaurant which serves the creations by the

           Chefs in the making, is managed by the Student Service

           personnel. All known forms of F&B Service are taught to the

           students with practical demonstrations.

THE BAR

     The Bar is tastefully created to nurture among the students; great   

    interest in the field of Alcoholic & Non- alcoholic Beverages and

    the tact's to become Bar Tenders of high repute

                                      KITCHENS

        The Institute of the Campus has Three Kitchens:

     1.B.T.K: Basic Training Kitchen for  the 1st Yrs.

     2.Q.F.K: Quantity Food Kitchen for the 2nd Yrs.

     3.A.T.K: Advance Training  Kitchen for the  3rd Yrs.

BAKERY

               The Bakery is equipped with state-of-the-art equipments and

      healthy techniques of traditional as well as contemporary Baking

      are  taught

COMPUTER LAB

                      The Computer Lab. has 15 Workstations. Each one 

         equipped with Latest Software's (General as well as Industry

         Specific). The Students are made verse with the Specialized

         Front Office Software - FIDELIO.

FRONT OFFICE/RECEPTION LABORATORY

                The Front Office Lab. is specially designed to create an

         ambience like that of an actual Hotel Lobby complete with a

         Reception Desk, a Cashier’s Desk, Bell Desk & a Concierge

         Desk. The facilities like a  LCD Projector, a 29” Flat Screen TV

         DVD Player are also at disposal for the Students.

 LIBRARY

                 A quiet and peaceful library is provided to the students to

           embark upon a journey of extensive study, enlightenment and

           self-discovery.

BOYS’ HOSTEL

                Capacity-112

                Situated just adjacent to the main Institute building, the hostel

              has a well-built Volley-Ball Court & an in-house Gymnasium. 

GIRLS’ HOSTEL

                 Capacity-64

                   Situated adjacent to the Faculty block, the hostel is

                surrounded by Green lawns, has a well-built Badminton-

                Court with indoor Table-Tennis facility.
