The Institute is housed in its own premises with spacious lecture halls and well equipped labs

                    A 76-Cover Restaurant which serves the creations by

                   the Chefs in the making, is managed by the Student Service

                   personnel. All known forms of F&B Service are taught to the

                   students with practical demonstrations.

 


The Institute has a well-equipped automated laundry along with facilities for training students in Guestroom Management.

Equipped with 20 terminals on a Local Area Network with the latest multi-media systems with Internet connectivity. Students have hands-on experience with HMS and application packages.

The Institute has a well-stocked library with the latest books, periodicals, journals both national and international covering all aspects of Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality, Travel and Management. The library also has a good collection of Video tapes on all aspects of management and hotelier which could be viewed by the students. The Library has multi-media resources enabling students to access Internet and students are encouraged to use free E-mail facility.

 

Role playing, Situation Handling, Other Front Office related exercises, Property Management Systems, accounting are the key areas of training in this lab.
